The Challenge: Community Care (an urgent care facility) had 2 successful locations in East Idaho. They needed an out-of-the-norm campaign to set them apart from their several competitors at the time.

The Process: We originally devised a radio based campaign called “Expert Answers” featuring doctors from Community Care giving actual advice and information in response to commonly asked questions and topics. Each day featured a new radio ad with new information. The public responded very well with patients actually submitting questions for the doctors to use in their future commercials. Several years, and a few new locations later, Community Care is a leader in their industry.

The Challenge: Tallman Construction had an abundance of inventory (homes) on the market, and needed a campaign and promotion that would maximize their potential to move the homes before the fall and winter months.

The Process: After a brainstorming session, we decided on a city wide open house. These open house events would take place over one weekend, each month, through the summer months for a total of 3 events. Every home in their inventory, over 40 in total, would be open to the public during each event. We started with magazine campaigns, signage for each home, discounted pricing posted near the entry of the home, information sheets, and real estate agents at each subdivision to answer questions. A mortgage company was also available on site. Local radio stations were on hand each weekend to broadcast the details of the event.

The Challenge: To completely rebrand Alpine Jewelers as the industry leader they are. The logo was old and out dated, and the print and media campaigns needed a new direction.

The Process: We started with a new, strong and professional logo. From there we created billboards and print marketing that established the professional, clean high end look they were seeking. Media followed with a non-price point campaign. TV and radio ads featured exclusive lines from top designers, only available at Alpine Jewelers, their no-interest in house financing options and store wide sales events.

The Challenge: Sandcreek Dental wanted to stand out in the sea of dentists that advertise in the same communities, and use the same advertising mediums. They were requesting a rebranding, and a new web site, as well.

The Process: Sandcreek Dental didn’t want to blend in with all the other dentists; the doctor featured in the TV and radio commercial trying to convince viewers and listeners to “choose him”. We started with a new logo, website and complete branding assessment of their needs. We decided on a new campaign centered on actual testimonials written by their patients, and a very limited call to action offer at the end of each ad. A more specific TV and radio schedule was put in place to better utilize the budget and increase exposure. Their new logo and web site were added to all media campaigns and print collateral.
