| The Challenge: Tallman Construction had an abundance of inventory (homes) on the market, and needed a campaign and promotion that would maximize their potential to move the homes before the fall and winter months.
The Process: After a brainstorming session, we decided on a city wide open house. These open house events would take place over one weekend, each month, through the summer months for a total of 3 events. Every home in their inventory, over 40 in total, would be open to the public during each event. We started with magazine campaigns, signage for each home, discounted pricing posted near the entry of the home, information sheets, and real estate agents at each subdivision to answer questions. A mortgage company was also available on site. Local radio stations were on hand each weekend to broadcast the details of the event.
